1. Purpose

Omra Tunisia is a platform connecting future pilgrims (motamarine) with Tunisian travel agencies licensed by the Ministry of Tourism to organize Omra trips.

2. Platform role

The platform does not replace the agency. It helps compare packages, pre-book and issue a voucher. The travel contract is signed directly with the selected agency.

3. Booking and voucher

When you book, a unique voucher (OMR-YYYY-XXXXXX) is issued. Present it to the agency to finalize your file (payment, visa, flight ticket).

4. Payment

No payment is collected by the platform. Payment is made exclusively to the partner agency.

5. Cancellation and refund

Cancellation conditions are those of the agency and airline. The platform forwards your request but does not process refunds.

6. Liability

The platform checks the license of listed agencies. It bears no liability for the execution of the trip itself.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of Tunis courts.
