When you book, we collect:
- Identity and contact details (name, email, phone, address)
- Participants' passport data (ID number, passport number, birth date, gender) — required by the agency and Saudi authorities
- Minimal technical data (IP, language) for site security
3. Purpose
This data is used only to process your booking and pass it to the partner agency. No data is sold.
4. Retention
Data is kept for 3 years after your last trip, per Tunisian accounting requirements.
